"I will say this when you deal with this company, as far as watch batteries, make sure the condition of your watch is documented and or acknowledged. I recommend you photograph your property before you give it to them. The smart thing they did was packing the watch up and sealing it before I picked it up. Thus, allowing them to hide the damage. Ultimately, I should have inspected the watch before I left but I didn't know I was dealing with a dishonest situation. I say all this to demonstrate that because the watch was damaged it is ultimately my word against theirs."

"Definitely seems to have a smaller selection of certain items than other stores, while simultaneously having a larger selection of athletic wear than other Dicks I've been to. Tried to see if they had skateboards here, and unfortunately they did not. But at the same time, I needed new sneakers, and they had a nice variety of those. The employees here are at least super helpful!"

"Terrible customer service experience.\nToday, I visited with my 2- and 5-year-old children. While waiting in line, my kids became upset over candy, and I told them no. The cashier--an Indian woman--began scanning my items without greeting me and seemed visibly irritated. I couldn't tell if her attitude was directed at me, my kids, or because we're Black. She then aggressively tossed stickers at my 2-year-old and sarcastically said, "Huh, stickers, sir," before doing the same to my 5-year-old, who has special needs, adding, "Sir, ma'am, whatever you are." I was stunned but didn't cause a scene since I was already overwhelmed. As a regular customer, I'm extremely disappointed. I reported the incident to the manager, who was kind and offered a gift card. Still, I plan to share this experience until I'm assured this employee is held accountable. I'll update if I receive any follow-up"
